AUTUMN

The Canadian Rocky Mountain Marathon and 8Km race, mid September, follows an incredibly scenic route. The festival of Eagles (early October) celebrates the annual southern migration of the golden eagle. Enjoy beautiful fall colours as the leaves change throughout the area - especially the larch trees. Stars shine brightly on cool fall nights, far away from big city lights. Crack the golf ball down the fairway at one of the three scenic and challenging golf courses in Canmore, or at the world famous Banff Springs Golf Course.
